New Look
Back again and this time I've redesigned my journal layout (hopefully the fronging background appears this time), but please note that the wallpaper/background and the main icon are Copyrighted © 1999 - 2004 via me. Both are my original artwork/character concepts for my comic and neither can be used without my express permission.

Just letting people out there know because there's a lot of assholes out there that make a career out of stealing other people's artwork, and thanks to such a thing all of my original art is also embedded with a watermark and my name, email address and copyright years. Please email me if you see this artwork being used by someone else so that I can flame their ass to hell and back and then gut them with the ISoD(tm).


But other than that...


Life is just it's usual boring self save for a few minor differences, though none are really worth mentioning save for the fact that on memorial day weekend Walker dragged my ass to his family reunion over in Rhode Island. I honestly didn't want to go, but seeing as Walker needed a ride there (he has no vehicle of his own) and didn't want to ride with his flaming brother in his volkswagon he forced me to take him. How exactly he pulled that off was with an allotment of threats, namely to make my life a living hell if I didn't do this favor for him (aka bringing in my ex to torment me, ravenous monkies, stealing my liquor, etc.). So I ended up hauling his ass down there (he didn't really want to go himself, only going to get his good old mom off his back) and spent the day with a bunch of wackos.

Walker's parents seemed rather nice and so did most of his brothers, though I chose to try and keep my distance from everyone seeing as I wasn't part of the family and was just the chauffer for my AM buddy. But the food was good and not to mention it was rather entertaining watching Walker be mobbed by several nieces, nephews, and brothers. The real entertainment though was when Walker's gay brother showed up (he wasn't invited for obvious reasons) with his lover and when Walker's other brothers chucked the gay one (Ryan I believe is his name) into a hall closet. I doubt they realized then the whole irony of that, but they pretty much left the brother's lover alone.

After that episode I just got to hang out with the wild clan and I've never heard so many kids call Walker 'Uncle Walkie Talkie'. I didn't believe that they all called him that (including the teenager O_o; ) but I should've guess with Walker's psycho family, but then again I'm probably no less psycho then the lot of them.

Let's just say I'm relieved that I don't have a family to have a reunion with.



Well got to go now, maybe I'll post this rant I've been thinking about tomorrow.
